Having a bad day?

I'm not sure if anybody remembers this series but, growing up I watched the Jackie Chan Adventures series which included a character named Uncle, he  is known to be a chi wizard in the series. Uncle is the uncle of Jackie Chan who is an archaeologist in the series.

Uncle is significant because in media wise old men are shown to have long goatees and fuzzy eyebrows and possibly wearing some type of "traditional" or wizard like clothing. Uncle does not have a goatee not wear some type "traditional" or wizard like clothing.

As a mentor, Uncle continues to remind Jackie about the tasks and challenges that he will face. Like a true teacher he is there to guide and remind his nephew about his upcoming challenges and to catch his attention is to poke him saying the phrase "One More Thing!" Uncle does not only specialize in wizardly but is also skilled in martial arts, he is able to find pressure points of people where he would put them into deep sleep. With his martial arts (kung fu) skills, he is rather sneaky where he would unexpectedly hit the enemy even if he is not facing them.
 
This series was very creative and I enjoyed each and every episode. His speech can be easily noticed with his accent and moments where he would blur out "Hot-cha" when frustrated or blur out random Chinese phrases like "Yu Mo Gui Gwai Fai Di Zao" which makes the episodes more interesting.
